Our team of healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing comprehensive palliative care aimed at relieving suffering and improving the quality of life for those facing life-limiting illnesses.

Our palliative care suite is designed to provide comfort, dignity and peace of mind to those in their most vulnerable times and we strive to provide inclusive, individualized care that meets the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

If you think you might need palliative care services in the near future, please contact your family physician for a referral.

Individuals without access to a primary care provider can contact Home and Community Care Support Services who can help provide information and connect you with a variety of palliative care community services.
