Continuing Care

Our Continuing Care Unit is a unique part of our hospital that offers specialized services to assist clients to maintain the highest level of independence possible.

Patients/residents are supported and encouraged to make every effort to carry out their activities of daily living, including making their own bed, dressing, bathing attending social functions and move with as little assistance as is necessary.

The Continuing Care Unit offers a wide variety of activities to patients/residents throughout the year from physical and occupational therapy to recreational activities. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that all of our patients receive the highest quality of care.
